Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: ₹100 for orders below ₹1000
• Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000
• Express Shipping: ₹300 (approx. 2–4 business days)

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Packaging

All jewelry is carefully packaged in protective, branded boxes.

Disclaimer

• Please double-check your shipping details to ensure smooth delivery.
• If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, phone number, OTP verification issue, or absence at the time of delivery, refunds are not available.
• If the parcel is returned to us, it will be re-shipped after a ₹240 re-shipping fee.
