Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds on domestic orders.
  • However, replacements are offered only in case of damaged products due to transit accidents.
  • Replacements are provided for the same product as originally ordered.
  • If the replacement item is not in stock, a store credit refund will be issued once we receive the returned package.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.

Replacement Process

  • Defective or damaged items will be picked up from the original delivery address.
  • The replacement will be dispatched only after we receive the returned item.
  • If pickup is not possible from the original address, the customer must self-ship the item to us.
  • For orders placed during sales or promotions, customers must have a complete package opening/unboxing video to claim replacement for damaged items.
  • Damaged item complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Complaints after this window will not be entertained.

Reporting Missing Items

  • To report missing items, please provide a full package opening/unboxing video.
  • This will help us coordinate with the logistics company in case of theft during transit.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • Size or weight issues
  • Minor color variations
  • Minor ghungroo or mirror issues
  • Minor paint imperfections
